Escape the crowds for an experience that truly encapsulates the beauty of Yellowstone. This is a great way to see wildlife in its natural setting, view breathtaking vistas, and relax in nature. This trip is perfect for photographers or anyone wanting an immersive Yellowstone experience. DUE TO OUR NEARLY FULL CALENDAR, WE HAVE TURNED OFF ONLINE BOOKINGS. PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE FOR AVAILABILITY! (406) 838-2380 Tentative Itinerary: Meet at the previously agreed upon trailhead between 7:30-8:30 am. Enjoy the morning riding into the interior of Yellowstone. Stop for lunch along the river. Enjoy a sack lunch and drinks while the horses graze in a nearby meadow. After enjoying lunch and spending time exploring the area, we will pack up and ride back to the trailhead. Ride Locations: Lamar Valley Ride, Pebble Creek Valley via the Stairway to Heaven trail, Specimen Ridge, Slough Creek, Yellowstone Canyon Ride, etc. Approximant time: Customizable to the client (6-10+hrs) Minimum of two participants. Includes: horse, guide, sack lunch, and drinks Sack lunches include a sandwich, homemade cookies, chips, nuts or trail mix, fresh fruit, a wet wipe, and a napkin. In addition, clients can pick desired beverages from a cooler filled with a wide assortment of water, Gatorade, and soft drinks. Gluten-free and vegetarian lunches are available upon request. If the date you wish to fish is not available on the calendar, please call our office at (406) 838-2380. We have some flexibility in our scheduling. All-day trips have a 2-person minimum. Parties of 1 will be charged for an additional person. Parties of 1 may be combined with other groups to avoid paying for an additional participant. After booking, you will receive an email containing our welcome packet. Each adult in the group will need to fill out the documents and email them back to our office. This information is necessary to finalize your reservation. In addition, parents of children under 18 will be required to fill out and sign consent on behalf of the minor. We are committed to making the reservation process as easy and convenient as possible. The price of trip includes 4% resort tax. The state of Montana does not have sales tax.

Cancellation Policy

Accommodations: Lodging reservations are non-refundable within 14-days of the check-in date. To receive a full refund, please call our office or email at least two weeks prior to reservation. Full payment for horseback riding and fishing experiences is due at the time of booking. 50% of the payment is a non-refundable deposit. Non-refundable deposits can be applied to a rescheduled trip the following season. Camping Trips: For pack trips, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking with the remaining balance due upon arrival at Skyline Guest Ranch. We recommend clients purchase travel insurance for pack trips. Photography Retreat: Payment for the retreat will occur in two parts, an initial payment of 50% is due upon booking in the form of a nonrefundable deposit. The remaining payment will be due on July 1, 2024. In the event that a participant cannot attend, the nonrefundable deposit can be applied to a future booking with Skyline Guest Ranch. Refunds will not be offered for scheduled changes or cancellations due to weather. We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary in an effort to align activities with the best weather conditions.
